Travel, Meal and Expense Disclosure
The public disclosure of the expenses for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team is an important part of the Stevenson Memorial Hospital's commitment to remain open, transparent and accountable to our patients, stakeholders and communities.
In order to fulfill our mission, vision and values, staff and board members are sometimes required to travel to attend meetings and other sessions.
This section provides updates semi-annually with expenses being reported a maximum of 60 days after the end of each reporting period: expenses claimed between April 1 and September 30 will be posted by November 30 and expenses claimed between October 1 and March 31 will be posted by May 31 of each year.
All expense claims are subject to oversight and approval and are reimbursed as per the approved policies.
